Customer rights

All our products are delivered by Dayong Cargo. In order to provide you with a more diversified pickup method, we are planning on offering the superstore pickup for the future.

If you spend more than NT 1000 at the Byzoom Fitness online store, shipping will be free of charge.

BYZOOM FITNESS, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, confirms that all products are entitled to a seven-day product appreciation period (including holidays) after the consumer signs for the product. Defective products can be exchanged and the round-trip shipping fee will be borne by BYZOOM FITNESS. If you find a problem when receiving the product, please take a photo of the defect immediately and notify the BYZOOM FITNESS customer service staff. If the product is not defective but not what was expected and consumers would like to return it, the consumer will bear the shipping fee; The seven-day appreciation period is not a product trial period. After the product is opened and used, it cannot be returned unless it is defect. The following circumstances do not apply to the provisions of the aforementioned Consumer Protection Law: (a)The returned product must be complete including all packaging, parts, gift and accompanying documents, information and accessories. If a physical invoice (paper) has been issued and obtained, the product should be returned together with the invoice so we can process the return smoothly. In serious cases, the company may refuse to return the goods and refunds. (b) Due to hygienic considerations, yoga-related products cannot be returned once the packaging is opened. (c) If the package gets damaged during unpacking, it cannot be returned. (d) The product cannot be returned if it has been used and/or altered after receiving it. (e) If the product includes a gift, please send it together with the product when returning it. If the gift is not returned, the product cannot be returned. (f) If the webpage indicates [No return service is provided] or if the product was on special sale. (g) If the customer service personnel have not been notified of the return after the seven-day appreciation period; or the customer service has been notified of the return, but the return has not been processed by the courier within the time limit or the home delivery company has not received the return, the return cannot be accepted.

Generally the goods sent by BYZOOM FITNESS should arrive within 1-3 days (excluding regular holidays and consecutive holidays) after placing the order. If there is a delay in receiving the goods, please contact the customer service staff of BYZOOM FITNESS as soon as possible.

If you have any questions or doubts about the appearance of the product, please let us know by sending us photos of the issue. We will let you know how best to proceed once we receive the photos.

After the product has been opened and used, it cannot be returned unless the product itself is defective. The provisions of the Consumer Protection Act do not apply to the following circumstances:
(a) Returned goods must keep the integrity and cleanliness of the goods, gifts, elevators, outer packaging plastic bags, and all accompanying documents, information and accessories. (g) If the customer service staff is not notified of the need to return the goods after the seven-day appreciation period; or if the customer service staff is notified of the need to return the goods, but the goods are not returned to the supermarket within the time limit, or if the home delivery operator cannot be contacted and the goods have not been received, the goods will not be returned.

If you feel dissatisfied and want to return the product after unpacking the product, you can contact the customer service staff of BYZOOM FITNESS first and we will arrange the shipping staff of Dayong to pick up the goods at your home. Please make sure the product is complete including all accompanying documents. If a physical invoice (paper) has been issued and obtained, it should be returned together with the invoice; After the BYZOOM FITNESS staff confirmed that there is no problem with the returned product, we will arrange the refund.

Once BYZOOM FITNESS receives the returned product and confirms that all is in order, the refund will take place within7-15 days provided your account information is correct.

A possible reason could be that the weights are not aligned. Here are some tips to help you realign the weights to make the adjustment smooth.

If you have any problems during the assembly of the product, you are welcome to inform us about your problems by sending us videos or pictures. We will get in contact with you on how to solve the issues.
